The Center for Transformational Development is the Personal Development branch of Dominion International. C.T.D. offers two tracks of training. Theological training under the name of The Institute for Biblical Leadership, and of course, Personal Development training under it's own name resulting in an Associate of Arts Degree in Biblical Humanities.
C.T.D., is an adult Classical School! We do not teach you what to think, but how to think! Wisdom Is the principle thing and "Christ HAS been made unto us, WISDOM" I Cor. 1:30! We teach you how to integrate your experiential "KNOWLEDGE" with life information, resulting in UNDERSTANDING, that combined, creates WISDOM!
Track 1 - Is a one-year Theological training program, provided by The Institute for Biblical Leadership, (an umbrella) under C.T.D., offering a diploma in "Practical Theology". (This program is offered on campus or online).
Track 2 - Is The Center for Transformational Development - a one year, LIFE/WISDOM school, completing the two-year mentorship program called "The Formation Experience". The F.E. is inclusive of Track one, with an extra year of campus based or on-line personal development training. The Formation Experience offers a two-year Associates of Arts degree in Biblical Humanities.
The Five "Life" Pillars of C.T.D. are:
Self Awareness "in Christ" - How well do you know yourself? What are the dark areas in your life, militating against your success?
Self Discovery "in Christ" - Learn how to discover those dark areas and dismantle them!
Self Development "in Christ" - Learn how to develop the "true you" (the New Man) in light of the scriptures and the Holy Spirit.
Self Definition "in Christ" - Discover your authenticity, significance and uniqueness and learn to celebrate who you are in Christ!
Self Mastery "in Christ" - All of the above Pillars lead you to this ultimate pillar, "Mastery of Self! Gal. 5:22,23
I.B.L. and C.T.D. are exempt by law of the governance or jurisdiction of the TEA or NEA, so there is no concern for academic or theological compromise! We are not accredited by any accrediting agency that will limit our foundation of training or teaching. Our accreditation is recognized in the success of our students!
You can attend a local campus, or work on-line at your own pace, based upon the program you choose.
Tuition for C.T.D. is four semesters at $1250.00 per semester. We do have limited partial scholarships available for qualifying students. We accept no more than twenty five students a year, because of the work load of personal attention given to each student insuring their success!
